Our HostICan Support Experience on a Holiday

We normally don't add our experiences to the reviews but we made an exception for this incredible support response we got from HostICan support on Memorial Day 2007.

I sent a support email to them as I was having trouble setting up an addon-domain. I sent the email at 9:00PM on Memorial Day evening and got a real response, not a automated response at 9:03PM! A few more emails back and forth and the issue was taken care of for me. For a holiday that kind of support is unbelievable.
